So I got a new camera a couple of weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten to play with it like I’d like to, but I DID get to take a few pictures of my front yard!

I took this last year in the Grove. Not fantastic, but it’s the only close up leaves picture I have handy right now, and I’m in a very festive fall mood today. The leaves are just now starting to change and I absolutely love this time of year. Happy Friday!

I’m not normally all that big on landscapes (except for Jim Brandenberg’s because he’s freakin awesome–coolest gallery ever in Ely, Minnesota–which, by the way, is also one of the coolest places ever), there’s too many of them, but I’m especially fond of this one because it was in my front yard.  I was in a crabby mood and the prettiness cheered me up.
